They seem to take very good care of their guests and always send you home with a "report card" breifly describing how your dog did. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that they wouldn't let me go back and see the kennels. With that said, this is a small kennel with only one play area (and their main door goes straight into the play area) so I can see why they wouldn't want anybody besides employees back there.
